Appointment of Project Decision Spokesman (PDS)
To initiate collaboration with a prospect, we require a formal appointment letter from the prospect, designating a Project Decision Spokesman (PDS). The letter should include the PDS's full name, email address, phone number, and a contingency contact with the same biodata. This letter must be authenticated by at least a major decision-maker within the prospect's organisation and forwarded to outsourcing@iririservices.co.uk using an official email.
Project/Role Briefing and Documentation
The prospect is required to share the project/role brief and other associated documents with us via the designated email address aformentioned. Our in-house team thoroughly review these documents to ensure alignment with the stakeholders' expectations. Subsequently, we schedule a virtual meeting for formal debriefing. All documents shared with us are treated as confidential and classified.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
At IRIRI Services, our clients’ confidentiality is our utmost priority which is why we maintain a strict third-party non-disclosure policy by not disclosing agreement(s) or service(s) offered to prospects to third parties (except when requested officially by governmental authorities) and on that premise, we offer an optional Skill Evaluation Project (SEP).
Skill Evaluation Project (SEP)
Following consultations and discussions, we proffer an optional Skill Evaluation Project (SEP) for specific project/role requirements. The SEP is designed to provide our clients with a clearer understanding and affirmation that they are making the right decision in partnering with us. To proceed with the SEP, we mutually agree on the terms and expectations, and outlining the scope and requirements of the project/role in a notarised contractual agreement. This ensures smooth transition into formal partnership upon successful completion of the SEP.

According to your onboarding process, it says you take on projects & roles. Can you explain more?
Yes, we take on new and existing projects and also roles which makes us collaborate with client's in-house team to help acheive measurable goals.
What technologies do you use for your services?
We leverage on the most populous yet best technologies.
• Software Engineering: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React JS for front-end,
Django & Node JS for back-end, MySQL, PosgresSQL, MongoDB for database, and React Native
for mobile applications.
• Cloud Engineering: AWS (Amazon Web Service), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
Platform (GCP), Digital Ocean, ServiceNow and other amazing cloud platforms.
• Data Science: Excel and SQL for Data Analysis, Tableau and Power BI for
Data Visualisation, Python and R for advanced analysis and Machine learning.
• Designs: Corel Draw and Adobe Creative Cloud for Still and Motion Graphics and
primarily Figma for Product Design.
How do you go about project/role execution?
We usually create a taskforce team to execute a role or project. We use this model because natural disaster e.g death is inevitable and our prospect's aims and objectives shouldn't be affected by it.
Do you offer expidited services on projects?
Yes we do. After going through the Project Requirements Documents (PRD), we come up with three (3) timelines for the execution which is inversely proportional to the estimated price on execution.
How do you operate in your execution process?
We have an intergrated development area which every client of our is being given unique authorisation to their development area. We take and respond to feedbacks through this aforementioned medium to make development seamless.
Regarding SEP, who's going to come up with the miniature?
The Skill Evaluation Project brief will come from the client because we beleive the client knows what they want.
